Claims 1-20 are pending and presented for examination. Claims 8-10 remain objected to for reasons already of record.
Double Patenting
The non-statutory double patenting rejection of claims 1-7 and 11-20 over US Patent No. 1192652’s claims 2, 11 and 17-20 is MAINTAINED and hereby incorporated by reference from the Non-Final Office Action dated 14 April 2025 in its entirety. No Terminal Disclaimer has been approved by the USPTO as the Assignee information is still not correct.
Conclusion
Claims 1-7 and 11-20 are finally rejected. Claims 8-10 are objected to.
THIS ACTION IS MADE FINAL. Applicant is reminded of the extension of time policy as set forth in 37 CFR 1.136(a).
A shortened statutory period for reply to this final action is set to expire THREE MONTHS from the mailing date of this action.
