Claims 1, 3, 5,6,10-12,14-16,18-30, 32-43 are pending. 2. Applicant’s election without traverse of Group I, claims 1,3,5,6,10-12,14-16,18-29 and 43, as it reads on SEQ ID N:30 in the reply filed on 11/07/25 is acknowledged. Claims 30, 32-42 are withdrawn from further consideration by the Examiner, 37 C.F.R. § 1.142(b) as being drawn to nonelected inventions. Claims 1,3,5,6,10-12,14-16,18-29 and 43, as it reads on SEQ ID N:30 are drawn to a method for isolating or producing an antibody are under consideration in the instant application. 3. Receipt is acknowledged of papers submitted under 35 U.S.C. 119(a)-(d), which papers have been placed of record in the file. 4. Claims 1,3,5,6,10-12,14-16,18-29 and 43 are objected because they do not correspond to the scope of the elected Group I, as it reads on SEQ ID N: 30. Appropriate correction is required. 5. Claims 1, 3,5, 6,10-12,14-16,18-29 and 43 are objected to but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form to including all of the limitations of the elected claims as they read on SEQ ID N:30 and any intervening claims.
