Continuation Data This application claims priority to Provisional application 62/254,409, filed October 11, 2021. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b): (b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention. The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph: The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention. Throughout the claims (specifically claims: 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10-14, and 16-19), a limitation of a set of wirelessly-controlled platforms is recited. Although the disclosed various sets of wirelessly-controlled platforms are referring to different types of sets, as currently written, the claims are unclear. Please more clearly differentiate the sets of wirelessly controlled platforms so that there is no confusion. Conclusion 5. The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant’s disclosure: See attached PTO form 892, Refence Cited. 6.
