Claims 1-6 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Shavit (US PGPub 2007/0130518).
Regarding claims 1 and 5, Shavit teaches an information transferring method (Shavit, see abstract), comprising:
sending, by a first server, data to a client through a network according to a request from a user operating the client for requesting the client to exhibit the data to the user (Shavit, see paragraph 0026, a cellular phone 212 communicates 224 with server 200 of the apparatus, which supports the building, storing and retrieval the personalized web page [corresponding to data] of the user);
wherein the data includes N pieces of information identifiers respectively corresponding to N pieces of information, N being an integer greater than or equal to 2 (Shavit, see paragraph 0025, a personal web page, comprising a part 10 from a web page in a first language, a part 15 from a web page in a second language, a news feed (RSS) from another page 20, a calculator 30, a weather forecast 40, and two memos: a personal one 50, and a business one 60):
wherein an ith piece of information among the N pieces of information is combined information, i being an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N (Shavit, see paragraphs 0024 and 0027, In FIG. 3, window 300 was opened when the user clicked on add module button 302. The modules [corresponding to combined information] can be, but are not limited to one or more fragments of any web page, RSS feeds, utilities, or other components):
when the ith piece of information is combined information (Shavit, see paragraphs 0024 and 0027, In FIG. 3, window 300 was opened when the user clicked on add module button 302. The modules [corresponding to combined information] can be, but are not limited to one or more fragments of any web page, RSS feeds, utilities, or other components),
sending, by the first server, to the client through the network according to the request from the user operating the client for requesting the client to exhibit the combined information and at least one of: (i) Multiple pieces of information contained in the combined information, and (ii) information identifiers respectively corresponding to the multiple pieces of information contained in the combined information (Shavit, see paragraphs 0025 and 0027, In FIG. 3, window 300 was opened when the user clicked on add module button 302. A personal web page, comprising a part 10 from a web page in a first language, a part 15 from a web page in a second language, a news feed (RSS) from another page 20, a calculator 30, a weather forecast 40, and two memos: a personal one 50, and a business one 60),
and indication information used for indicating a relative position relationship of the multiple pieces of information during exhibition (Shavit, see paragraph 0024, Only the address of the page and the coordinates of the fragment [corresponding to indication information used for indicating a relative position relationship of the multiple pieces of information] selected by the user are stored on the server. In the case of rectangular fragments of a web page, the coordinates comprise two coordinates, denoting any two opposite corners of the rectangle, wherein each coordinate comprises two numbers, denoting the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the coordinate. When loading such a page, preferably the whole page is loaded and clipped according to the desired coordinates);

A personal web page, comprising a part 10 from a web page in a first language, a part 15 from a web page in a second language, a news feed (RSS) from another page 20, a calculator 30, a weather forecast 40, and two memos: a personal one 50, and a business one 60. Server 200 of FIG. 2, which stores or connects to a storage of the personalized web pages stores merely a locator, such as the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the web page, and the coordinates of the area selected by the user. The coordinates of the selected fragment within the page can be, for example, the coordinates of the top left and the bottom right points of the fragment.);
wherein at least one of the multiple pieces of information is the combined information, and the indication information is used for indicating a relative position relationship of the multiple pieces of information during exhibition (Shavit, see paragraphs 0025, 0027 and 0030, In FIG. 3, window 300 was opened when the user clicked on add module button 302. A personal web page, comprising a part 10 from a web page in a first language, a part 15 from a web page in a second language, a news feed (RSS) from another page 20, a calculator 30, a weather forecast 40, and two memos: a personal one 50, and a business one 60. Server 200 of FIG. 2, which stores or connects to a storage of the personalized web pages stores merely a locator, such as the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the web page, and the coordinates of the area selected by the user. The coordinates of the selected fragment within the page can be, for example, the coordinates of the top left and the bottom right points of the fragment.), the relative position relationship being determined by the client according to at least one of user's selection (Shavit, see paragraph 0035, the user loads the web page, activates a component that first enables the selection of rectangle, the resize or moving of the rectangle, and then provides a “submit” option. When the user selects the “submit” option. At step 922, the user can manipulate the modules on the page, resize, move, miniaturize, enlarge, add to the icon tray or retrieve from the icon tray any component of the page), and sequence of the multiple pieces of information, and the information identifiers are used for respectively uniquely identifying the multiple pieces of information in a system formed by the client and the first server (Shavit, see paragraphs 0024 and 0035, the user loads the web page, activates a component that first enables the selection of rectangle, the resize or moving of the rectangle, and then provides a “submit” option. When the user selects the “submit” option, the address of the web page and the coordinates of the rectangle chosen by the user are submitted to the server of the disclosed invention and stored there. The description of a specific user's web page is stored on a server and is associated with the user's name, so that the user can access his page from multiple computers);
storing, by the first server, first identifier information and the information identifier of each of the multiple pieces of information, or storing the first identifier information, wherein the first identifier information is used for uniquely identifying a combination of: the multiple pieces of information and the indication information, in the system formed by the first server and the client (Shavit, see paragraphs 0024 and 0035, the user loads the web page, activates a component that first enables the selection of rectangle, the resize or moving of the rectangle, and then provides a “submit” option. When the user selects the “submit” option, the address of the web page and the coordinates of the rectangle chosen by the user are submitted to the server of the disclosed invention and stored there. The description of a specific user's web page is stored on a server and is associated with the user's name, so that the user can access his page from multiple computers);
acquiring, by the first server, an authorization information of the client; wherein the authorization information is used for authorizing the first server to perform data sending to a second server by using a user account of the client (Shavit, see paragraphs 0024 and 0035, At step 900 the page is constructed, and at step 930 it is used. Construction step 900 includes login to the system at step 904, in which the user identifies to the system and is preferably requested to supply a password. The description of a specific user's web page is stored on a server and is associated with the user's name, so that the user can access his page from multiple computers); and
sending, by the first server, the multiple pieces of information, and the indication information to the second server by using the user account according to the authorization information (Shavit, see paragraph 0026, The user, using a personal computer 204, a laptop computer 208, a handheld device 210, or a cellular phone 212 communicates 224 with server 200 of the apparatus, which supports the building, storing and retrieval the personalized web page of the user.
