RN 391208-94-9 reads on applicants’ applicants’ Formula 1 wherein X2 = n; X1 = C; R1 and R2 = H (per claims 1, 6); R = H (per claim 5)
RN 391208-94-9 reads on applicants’ applicants’ Formula 4-2 wherein X12 = N; X11 = C; R1 and R2 = H (per claim 4).
Allowable Subject Matter I
Claims 2-3 and 7are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
The prior art of record fails to show:

Z1 and Z2 (per claim 3)
Compounds (per claim 7)
Allowable Subject Matter II
The following is an examiner’s statement of reasons for allowance as applicant claims the device of claim 8
A search of the prior art fails to teach the invention of claim 8.
The closest prior art is Chemical Abstract Compound: RN 391208-94-9 which reads on applicants’ Formulas 1 and 4-2 but is not used in an OLED as required by independent claim 8.
Claims 8-13 allowed.
