Office Action

§112
DETAILED ACTION Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. 112: The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention. Claims 2 and 6 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention. In claim 2, line 1, the language, “the rectangular L-shaped vibrator arm” lacks an antecedent basis. In claim 2, line 4, the language, “the radiation arm” lacks an antecedent basis. In claim 2, line 7, the language, “the radiation arm” lacks an antecedent basis. In claim 6, line 2, the language, “the balun cavity” lacks an antecedent basis. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1, 3-5 and 7 are allowed. Claims 2 and 6 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph, but would be allowable if overcome the above rejection. Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. The patents to Chen, Gonzalez, Jones, Xu, Zhang and Moon are cited as of interested and illustrated a similar structure to a low-frequency filtering unit comprising a vibrator arm.
