A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1-9 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Kuo (US 2021/0261733).

Like the presently elected species, the bismaleimide resin disclosed by Kuo has a molar ratio of fluorine-based diamine unit to maleic anhydride units of 1:2, which meets instant claim 2, the fluorine-based diamine structure from which the bismaleimide is derived is symmetric, which meets instant claims 4 and 7, and the bismaleimide has a molecular weight of 665 g/mol, which is within the range recited in claims 3 and 9.
