A search of the prior art did not show the elected species. As no claims were specifically drawn to applicants’ elected species in independent form, no claims have been indicated as allowable. Claims written in independent form which require all the limitations of the elected species along with any dependent claims which require all the limitations of the elected species would be allowable. Under MPEP 803.02, the search was expanded to find an examinable species.

Metal Complex 1496 reads on claims 1-11, 17-20. Claims 12-16 are withdrawn from further prior art consideration as not reading on the examinable species. Claim 13 was rejected due to 112 2nd issues in an effort shorten prosecution.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1-11 and 16-20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Cai (US 2023/0058719 A1)
Regarding Claims 1-11, Cai teaches a Metal complex 1499 (MC1496) (page 23):

MC1496 reads on applicants’ Formula 1 wherein m =1; X1-X4 = C; B = pyridine; R5 = t-Bu and F; R4 = CD3; Z1 = C; Z2 = N; Z3= N; R3 = H; R2 = H; Y = O; R1 = D = CN (per claims 1-8).

X2-X4 = C; R3a = H; R2a = H; R1a = D and CN (per claims 10 and 11).
Regarding Claims 17-20, Cai teaches an OLED (paragraph 36):
Device 100 may include a substrate 101, an anode 110, a hole injection layer 120, a hole transport layer 130, an electron blocking layer 140, an emissive layer 150, a hole blocking layer 160, an electron transport layer 170, an electron injection layer 180 and a cathode 190. MC1496 is in the emissive layer (paragraph 216) (per claim 17).
The first host compound and the second host compound in the electroluminescent device comprises at least one chemical group selected from the group consisting of: benzene, pyridine, pyrimidine, triazine, carbazole, azacarbazole, indolocarbazole, dibenzothiophene, azadibenzothiophene, dibenzofuran, azadibenzofuran, dibenzoselenophene, triphenylene, azatriphenylene, fluorene, silafluorene, naphthalene, quinoline, isoquinoline, quinazoline, quinoxaline, phenanthrene, azaphenanthrene, and combinations thereof (paragraph 221) (per claim 18).
A specific host is represented by

The OLED can be used in consumer products include flat panel displays, monitors, medical monitors, televisions, billboards, lights for interior or exterior illumination and/or signaling, heads-up displays, fully or partially transparent displays, flexible displays, smart phones (paragraph 41) (per claim 20).
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b):
(b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claim 15 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Claim 15 depends from claim 1 and recites LA is selected from the group consisting of the structures of LIST A1, LIST A2, and LIST A3 as defined herein; and LB is selected from the group consisting of the structures of LIST B1 and LIST B2 as defined herein. However, there is no LIST A1, LIST A2, and LIST A3; LIST B1 and LIST B2 listed in claim 1. The claim is rendered indefinite.
