DETAILED ACTION
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
I. ALLOWABLE SUBJECT MATTER
Claims 20-37 are allowed.
II. REJECTIONS BASED ON 35 USC 101
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 101
35 U.S.C. 101 reads as follows:
Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title.
Claims 38-39 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the claimed invention is directed to non-statutory subject matter. The examiner suggest replacing “… computer program product …” with -… non-transitory computer program product …-.
III. PERTINENT RELATED PRIOR ART
Hooker et al. (US Pub.: 2004/0172521): discloses if a load instruction memory operand is not available from the data cache, then the instruction dispatcher provides the instruction to the appropriate one of the execution units without waiting for the memory operand, and the execution unit subsequently obtains the memory operand from the data cache and dispatches the instruction for execution
Manet et al. (US Pub.: 2012/0303933): discloses when a data is produced by a PE, its data decorated with its tag is broadcasted in all instruction queues by means of the common data bus. If the tag matches an instruction operand tag in a queue, the data is copied in the operand place. When an instruction has all its operands ready, it can be executed on its PE
Burger et al. (US Pub.: 2015/0127928): discloses instructions are associated with operand buffers which store operands of the instructions and ready bits for each operand to indicate whether their respective operands have been written to.
