The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Drawings
The drawings are objected to as failing to comply with 37 CFR 1.84(p)(5) because they do not include the following reference sign(s) mentioned in the description:
splicing sides (10) in claim 1; a locating groove (11) in claim 1; and convex guide part (62) in claim 2;
Corrected drawing sheets in compliance with 37 CFR 1.121(d) are required in reply to the Office action to avoid abandonment of the application. Any amended replacement drawing sheet should include all of the figures appearing on the immediate prior version of the sheet, even if only one figure is being amended. Each drawing sheet submitted after the filing date of an application must be labeled in the top margin as either “Replacement Sheet” or “New Sheet” pursuant to 37 CFR 1.121(d). If the changes are not accepted by the examiner, the applicant will be notified and informed of any required corrective action in the next Office action. The objection to the drawings will not be held in abeyance.

Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
Claims 1-9 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Claim 1, line 2, what “it” refers to?
Claim 1, line 7, “the locating grooves” are confusing. What is a difference with “a locating groove” in claim 1, lines 5, 7 and 10; “two locating grooves” in claim 1, lines 12-13; and “a single locating groove” in claim 1, line 13?
What is a difference between “a concave locating groove” in claim 1, lines 4-5 and “a locating groove” in claim 1, line 5?
Claim 1, line 12, what “its’ refers to?
Claim 2, line 2, “two opposite splicing sides” are confusing. Are there same as “four splicing sides” in claim 1, lines 3-4?
Claim 3, lines 3-4, “when there are two second electrical connecting parts, said second electrical connecting parts will be spaced on the PCB” are unclear and confusing.
Claim 3, what is a difference between “two second electrical connecting parts” in line 3 and “second electrical connecting parts” in claim 1, line 17? Are there same elements?
Claim 4, line 2, “two stepped parts” are confusing. Are there same as “stepped parts” in claim 1, line 16?
claim 5, line 4, “said first magnetic members” lacks an antecedent basis;
claim 5, line 2, “said connecting ends” lacks an antecedent basis;
Claim 6, line 4, “the screw openings” lacks an antecedent basis;
Claim 8, line 2, “said second magnetic members” lacks an antecedent basis;
Claim 8, line 3, “the connecting parts” are confusing. Are they related to the first or the second electrical connecting parts?
