As to claims 1-20, SANCHEZ discloses systems and methods for gamification for real-time instructional commenting and further discloses a computer implemented method for augmenting a live broadcast of a sporting event comprising:
receiving or generating a data stream of a live broadcast of a sporting event; generating commentary on the live broadcast in real time at a plurality of different levels of knowledge of the sport of the sporting event being broadcast (figs.1-15, Abstract, [0016-0021]), the media guidance app (MGA) identifies videos generate by viewers watching a live sprots event and generates relevant commentary for the live video broadcast; further generates social media textual comments or posts and other online commentary;
determining a knowledge level of the sport of a user; and providing the generated commentary at one of the plurality levels of knowledge of the sport to a user in real time based on the determined knowledge level of the sport of the user; wherein the commentary on the live broadcast is provided on a social media service to enable collaborative explanation of sporting events at different levels by subscribers of the social media service; including generating real-time translation of the generated commentary at a plurality of different levels of knowledge in a plurality of languages and providing the translated commentary on the live broadcast at one of the plurality levels of knowledge of the sport to a user in real time based on the determined knowledge level of the user (figs.1-15, [0016-0020], [0027-0033], [0049-0054], [0062-0067], [0074-0054] and [0140-0145]), generates explanatory commentary using different audio signature various social media comments; explanatory graphics, a language of the explanatory based on the determined level of knowledge of the user or based on preferences of the users; the MGA may receive additional input from the user indicating lack of understanding of various segments of the videos being watch and further receive additional clarification
As to claims 4-5, SANCHEZ further discloses that wherein the generating real-time translation of the generated commentary is based on a custom pretrained generative AI service; including automatically transitioning the generated commentary provided to the user from one level of knowledge of the sport to another level of knowledge of the sport, and wherein the automatically transitioning is based on an in-built knowledge testing of the user about the sporting event, wherein the in-built testing comprises at least one of a number of explanations attended past a specified threshold, and a number of comments from viewers that are matched with known explanations stored in a database ([0013-0016], [0059-0060] and [0117-0118]), the MGA learnings from activity of users or viewers to determine the likelihood of a viewer requesting for further explanatory commentary based on the level(s) of knowledge.
