Information Disclosure Statement
The Office Action issued by Taiwan Intellectual Property Office on May 8, 2024 have not been considered since an English translation has not been provided which fails to comply with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97, 1.98 and MPEP § 609. Applicant is advised that the date of any re-submission of any item of information contained in this information disclosure statement or the submission of any missing element(s) will be the date of submission for purposes of determining compliance with the requirements based on the time of filing the statement, including all certification requirements for statements under 37 CFR 1.97(e). See MPEP § 609.05(a).
Election/Restrictions
Claims 12 and 13 withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to a nonelected Species, there being no allowable generic or linking claim. Election was made without traverse in the reply filed on January 23, 2026. Claims 7-10 and 14 and 15 have been rejoined.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status.
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1, 2 and 6 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a) (1) as being anticipated by Schmidt EP250731.
Schmidt discloses claims:
1. An assembling structure for assembling a connector on a frame, the assembling structure comprising: a first bracket; a second bracket, wherein the second bracket and the first bracket are disposed on opposite sides of the frame; and a plurality of assembling parts configured to assemble the first bracket and the second bracket, wherein the frame has a first frame and a second frame, the connector is arranged between the first frame and the second frame by combining the first bracket, the second bracket and the assembling parts, and positions of the first bracket, the second bracket and the connector on the frame are adjustable, wherein the first frame and the second frame have a plurality of through hole groups, and some of the assembling parts pass through one of the through hole groups to fix the first bracket onto the first frame and the second frame, wherein the plurality of through hole groups are correspondingly disposed at a plurality of positions on a same plane, and the first bracket and the second bracket are moved to one of the positions and fixed on one of the through hole groups by the assembling parts.
2. (Original) The assembling structure according to claim 1, wherein the first bracket comprises a first framework and a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge that surround the first framework.
6. (Original) The assembling structure according to claim 1, wherein one side of the first frame has a first slide rail, one side of the second frame has a second slide rail, the first slide rail is substantially perpendicular to the first frame, and the second slide rail is substantially perpendicular to the second frame.

Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 3-5, 7-9, 14 and 15 objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
Response to Arguments
Applicant’s arguments with respect to claim(s) have been considered but are moot because the new ground of rejection does not rely on any reference applied in the prior rejection of record for any teaching or matter specifically challenged in the argument.
