Regrading Claim 1 Kim discloses: a method for processing overheat [[0128], server may overheat] comprising: obtaining configuration indication information in response to detecting overheat of a terminal, [Fig.6, item 610 [0127] information about at least one of information about a server's power usage, information about a server's temperature rise, information related to a delay in processing of task(s) by the server, or a workload associated with the task(s) processed by the server may be obtained.] wherein the configuration indication information is indicative of a working-state configuration of an Al model; [Fig.6, item 620, [0128] a compensation value for improvement or optimization of the second AI model may be obtained based on the obtained information, wherein the compensation value corresponds to configuration of the AI model] and adjusting a working state of a corresponding Al model based on the configuration indication information. [[0129]-[0130], Fig.6, item 630 and 640, it may be determined whether the second AI model is to be refined based on a result of a comparison between the compensation value and a threshold (e.g., a preset threshold). the second AI model may be refined based on a determination that the refining is to be performed.] Regarding Claim 35 Kim discloses: a storage medium, the storage medium being a non-volatile storage medium or a non-transitory storage medium, wherein the storage medium is configured to store a computer program which, when executed by a processor, [[0013] [0043] a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium) has stored therein a program for executing at least one of embodiments of the method.] is operable with the processor to perform: obtaining configuration indication information in response to detecting overheat of a terminal, [Fig.6, item 610 [0127] information about at least one of information about a server's power usage, information about a server's temperature rise, information related to a delay in processing of task(s) by the server, or a workload associated with the task(s) processed by the server may be obtained.] wherein the configuration indication information is indicative of a working-state configuration of an Al model; [Fig.6, item 620, [0128] a compensation value for improvement or optimization of the second AI model may be obtained based on the obtained information, wherein the compensation value corresponds to configuration of the AI model] and adjusting a working state of a corresponding Al model based on the configuration indication information. [[0129]-[0130], Fig.6, item 630 and 640, it may be determined whether the second AI model is to be refined based on a result of a comparison between the compensation value and a threshold (e.g., a preset threshold). the second AI model may be refined based on a determination that the refining is to be performed.] Regarding Claim 36 Kim discloses: A device for processing overheat, [[0128], server may overheat] comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program capable of running on the processor, [[0090] processor 402, memory 404] and the processor, when running the computer program, [[0013] [0043] a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium) has stored therein a program for executing at least one of embodiments of the method.] is configured to perform: obtaining configuration indication information in response to detecting overheat of a terminal, [Fig.6, item 610 [0127] information about at least one of information about a server's power usage, information about a server's temperature rise, information related to a delay in processing of task(s) by the server, or a workload associated with the task(s) processed by the server may be obtained.] wherein the configuration indication information is indicative of a working-state configuration of an Al model; [Fig.6, item 620, [0128] a compensation value for improvement or optimization of the second AI model may be obtained based on the obtained information, wherein the compensation value corresponds to configuration of the AI model] and adjusting a working state of a corresponding Al model based on the configuration indication information. [[0129]-[0130], Fig.6, item 630 and 640, it may be determined whether the second AI model is to be refined based on a result of a comparison between the compensation value and a threshold (e.g., a preset threshold). the second AI model may be refined based on a determination that the refining is to be performed.] Allowable Subject Matter Claims 2-20 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
