A search of the prior art did not show the elected species. As no claims where specifically drawn to applicants’ elected species in independent form, no claims have been indicated as allowable. Claims written in independent form which require all the limitations of the elected species along with any dependent claims which require all the limitations of the elected species would be allowable. Under MPEP 803.02, the search was expanded to find an examinable species.
Examinable Species
The examinable species is represented by Compound 1 (page 55):

Compound 1 reads on claims 1-11 and 15-20. Claims 12-14 are withdrawn from consideration in this office action as not reading on the examinable species.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1-11 and 15-20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Park (US 2023/0322828 A1).
.
Regarding Claims 1-11, Park teaches Compound 1 (page 55):

Compound 1 reads on applicants’ Formula 1 wherein L1= CY1 = pyridine; X1 = N; R1 = Me3Ge;R1 = H; n1 = 2; CY3 = pyridine, X3 = N; X2 = C; CY2 = dibenzofuran; R1 = alkyl; R5 = H; CY4 = furan; adjacent R4(s) form phenyl ring; M1 = Ir (per claims 1-5, 10-11).
Ligand 1 containing Me3Ge corresponds to 1-3 and 2-1 (per claims 6-7)
Ligand 2 containing the isopropyl group corresponds to 3-4 (per claim 8)
CY41 = fused furan (per claim 9).
Regarding Claims 15-20, Park teaches organic light-emitting device, the first electrode is an anode, and the second electrode is a cathode, and the organic layer may further include a hole transport region located between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron transport region located between the emission layer and the second electrode, and the hole transport region may include a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an electron blocking layer, a buffer layer, or a combination thereof, and the electron transport region may include a hole blocking layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, or a combination thereof (paragraph 152) (per claim 19).
The emission layer may include a host and a dopant, and the dopant may include the organometallic compound represented by Formula 1 [Compound 1] (paragraph 189) (per claims 15-16).
The emission layer includes a host and a dopant, an amount of the dopant may be in a range of about 0.01 parts by weight to about 15 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the host (paragraph 208) (per claim 17).
The emission layer emits a green light having a maximum emission wavelength in a range of about 490 nanometers to about 550 nanometers (Park’s claim 18) (per claim 8).
Park teaches an electronic apparatus including the organic light-emitting device (paragraph 33) (per claim 20).
