Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application is being examined under the pre-AIA first to invent provisions. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on September 18, 2023 has been considered by the examiner. Specification The title of the invention is not descriptive. A new title is required that is clearly indicative of the invention to which the claims are directed. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (b) the invention was patented or described in a printed publication in this or a foreign country or in public use or on sale in this country, more than one year prior to the date of application for patent in the United States. Claim 1 is rejected under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102(b) as being anticipated by Agostinelli (US 20050117132). As per claim 1 Agostinelli discloses: An information processing apparatus 10 {figure 2} for processing a first image 22 projected toward a target 12, the apparatus 10 comprising: a processing unit 28 {figure 8} for detecting that an object 14 exists between a projector unit 18 {figure 2} and the target 12, wherein when an object 14 exists between the projector unit 18 and the target 12, the apparatus 10 determines an area of the object 14 and generates a modified first image 24 {figures 3b & 3c}, based on the area of the object 14, for projection toward the target 12.
