DETAILED ACTION It would be of great assistance to the Office if all incoming papers pertaining to a filed application carried the following items: 1. Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 1 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Salivar et al. (US 2021/0319666). As to claim 1, Salivar discloses a computer implemented method comprising: Automatically placing or suggesting a pre-event wager when one or more conditions corresponding to an event are met (placing a pre-event wager based on a particular condition such as: the type of sporting event, one or more participants in or otherwise affiliated with the sporting event, the location of the sporting event, a weather event associated with the sporting event is met [0032], particularly, placing a wager base at least partially on the temperature five minutes before the beginning of the sporting event to be less than forty degrees Fahrenheit [0032]); and Automatically placing or suggesting a live wager during the event when one or more live wager conditions are met (suggesting and displaying a conditional wager during a game at 106 of fig. 1 [0027] and placing the conational wager automatically when the condition is met at 120 of fig. 1 [0053]).
