Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b):
(b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claims 5 - 7 recites the limitation "third indication information" in the body of the claims. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. There is no mention of a first or second indication information.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 1 - 4 and 8 - 20 allowed.
The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter: Although utilizing multi-path transmissions for data is a known technique in the art, Inventor goes beyond by transmitting the same data over a direct communications path as well as a relay terminal device.
Conclusion
The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
