Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 21 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Kalinowski (US 11714285). Regarding claim 21 Kalinowski teaches a securement arm (fig. 11), comprising: a housing (fig.11, 20); a first electronic component (fig.11, 80); a second electronic (fig.11, 92) component separate from the first electronic component (fig.11, 80) by a variable length connector (fig.11, fig. 12, shows capability of being variable length of arm i.e. element 36+ element 38, 290); and an electrical wire (fig.11, wires 210) extending through the extendable length connector (fig.11, fig. 12 shows capability of being stretched) between the first electronic component (fig.11, fig. 12, 80) and the second electronic component (fig.11, fig. 12, 92). Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1-15, 17, 18 are allowed. Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
