The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claims 1, 2, 4-6, 8-9 11-13 15-16 and 18-20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Ozawa US Publication 2020/0379982.

Ozawa US 2020/0379982
Claim 1
A device, comprising:
Ozawa p0008-p0016;
one or more processors configured to:
Ozawa p0008-p0016;
identify a first container of a virtualized environment, wherein the first container implements a particular node of a plurality of nodes that maintain a distributed ledger,
Ozawa p0008-p0016;
wherein identifying the first container includes identifying:
a set of node configuration parameters associated with the particular node implemented by the first container, and a set of container configuration parameters associated with the first container;
Ozawa deploys container that transmits a deployment log of the first processing container and container log created by the execution of the first processing container to a client node of the organization. (see p0050-p0063) and the client node includes parameter information that verifying party determination. (see p0084)
request instantiation of a second container of the virtualized environment, wherein one or more configuration parameters of the second container are based on the set of container configuration parameters associated with the first container;
Ozawa deploys a second processing is executed by a second processing deployed to a container platform of the origination C. (see p0050-p0070) and the client node includes parameter information that verifying party determination. (see p0084)
configure the second container based on the set of node configuration parameters; and modify a network interface of the virtualized environment, which is associated with the first container, to be associated with the second container in lieu of the first container, wherein the second container communicates with one or more of the other nodes of the plurality of nodes via the network interface to maintain the distributed ledger.
Ozawa p0050-p0070; p0144-p0186;
Claim 2
The device of claim 1, wherein the network interface is associated with a particular external Internet Protocol ("IP") address when associated with the first container, wherein the network interface continues to be associated with the same particular IP address after being associated with the second container.
Ozawa p0155, p0168;
Claim 4
The device of claim 1, wherein the set of node configuration parameters include IP addresses of the one or more other nodes of the plurality of nodes.
Ozawa p0155, p0168;
Claim 5
The device of claim 1, wherein the container configuration parameters include at least one of: a storage resource parameter, a processor resource parameter, or a memory resource parameter.
Ozawa p0155, p0168;
Claim 6
The device of claim 1, wherein the first container includes a first operating system, and wherein the second container includes a second operating system.
Ozawa p0068-p0078;
As per claims 8-9 and 11-13, they are rejected under the same rationale as claims 1-2 and 4-6. See rejection above.
As per claims 15-16 and 18-20, they are rejected under the same rationale as claims 1-2 and 4-6. See rejection above.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 103
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 103 which forms the basis for all obviousness rejections set forth in this Office action:
A patent for a claimed invention may not be obtained, notwithstanding that the claimed invention is not identically disclosed as set forth in section 102, if the differences between the claimed invention and the prior art are such that the claimed invention as a whole would have been obvious before the effective filing date of the claimed invention to a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the claimed invention pertains. Patentability shall not be negated by the manner in which the invention was made.
Claims 3, 10 and 17 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103 as being unpatentable over Ozawa US Publication 2020/0379982 in view of Chandrashekhar US Publication 2019/0036868.

Ozawa US Publication 2020/0379982 in view of Chandrashekhar US Publication 2019/0036868
Claim 3
The device of claim 1, wherein the network interface includes an Elastic Network Interface ("ENI").
Ozawa p0008-p0016;
Chandrashekhar p0060;
It would have been obvious at the time of the invention for a person ordinary skill in the art (POSITA) to include Chandrashekhar’s teaching with method of Ozawa in order provide user with ability to function in an AWS private cloud network.
As per claims 10 and 17, they are rejected under the same rationale as claim 3. See rejection above.
Claims 7 and 20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103 as being unpatentable over Ozawa US Publication 2020/0379982 in view of Gasperowiez US Publication 2022/0121466.
18/447,599
Ozawa US Publication 2020/0379982 in view of Gasperowiez US Publication 2022/0121466
Claim 7
The device of claim 6, wherein requesting instantiation of the second container is based on receiving an indication, from the virtualized environment, that the first operating system should be replaced with the second operating system.
Ozawa p0008-p0016;
Gasperowiez p0188;
It would have been obvious at the time of the invention for a person ordinary skill in the art (POSITA) to include Gasperowiez’s teaching with method of Ozawa in order provide user with ability replaces container as back up..
As per claim 14, it is rejected under the same rationale as claim 7. See rejection above.
