DETAILED ACTION Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status. Priority Acknowledgment is made of applicant’s claim for foreign priority under 35 U.S.C. 119 (a)-(d). The certified copy has been filed in parent Application KOREA, REPUBLIC OF 10-2022-0112469 09/06/2022; KOREA, REPUBLIC OF 10-2022-0112470 09/06/2022 filed on 10/06/23. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statement (IDS), filed on 01/15/25 has been considered. Please refer to Applicant's copy of the 1449 submitted herewith. Third-party submission on 03/12/25 under 37 CFR 1.290 has been acknowledged. Election/Restrictions Applicant’s election without traverse of claims 1-3, 16-18 and species PNG media_image1.png 200 400 media_image1.png Greyscale in the reply filed on 05/10/26 is acknowledged. Claims 1-18 are pending and claims 4-15 are directed to non-elected invention. Accordingly, claims 4-15 are withdrawn from further consideration by the examiner, 37 C.F.R. §1.142(b), as being drawn to a non-elected invention. Claims 1-3, 16-18 are examined in this Office action. In absence of prior arts related to elected species, the search extended to non-elected species. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1-3, 16-18 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Lee (US 2020/0339719).
