DETAILED ACTION
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Claim Objections
Claims 1 and 17 objected to because of the following informalities:
In claim 7, line 5, -in- should be deleted and replaced by “from”, it should read “extracting the sub attribute set of the file from the obtained attribute information”. Same correction should be made in claim 17 line 2.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
Claims 8, 9, 10, 18 and 19 rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Claim 8 appears to lack antecedent basis as the recited “at a preset time interval” refers to the “preset time interval” in claim 6 from which it depends. It should be amended to state “the present time interval”.
Claim 10 appears to lack antecedent basis as the recited “at a preset time interval” refers to the “preset time interval” in claim 6 from which it depends. It should be amended to state “the present time interval”.
Claim 18 appears to lack antecedent basis as the recited “at a preset time interval” refers to the “preset time interval” in claim 16 from which it depends. It should be amended to state “the present time interval”.
Claims 9 and 19 are rejected for being dependent on a rejected base claim.
