The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim 1 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Li (US 2020/0133032). Li discloses, in figure 1, a temple side wing structure (1), which mainly comprises a spectacle frame (2) and side shields (31), wherein the spectacle frame has lenses (figure 5) arranged thereon, corresponding temples pivoted on both sides of the spectacle frame (2), and embedding grooves (12) respectively recessed to form each temple (1) close to the lower end of the lens, wherein each of the embedding grooves (12) has an embedding hole portion (rear bottom portion) located at the rear, wherein each of the embedding grooves has a hooking hole portion (top portion) connected with the embedding hole portion at the front thereof (bottom portion), wherein each side shield (31) has an embedding section protruding from the upper end thereof, corresponding to the embedding groove (12) at the lower end of each of the temples, wherein the embedding section (31) has an embedding portion (bottom portion) corresponding to the embedding hole portion (bottom portion) for positioning and interlocking, wherein the front end of the embedding section has a hooking portion (front hooking portion 37) connected with the front embedding portion (see below figure), wherein the hooking portion (37) is used to hook and combine with the hooking hole portion (via a front protrusion 14) for positioning. Claims 2 and 3 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. 2. The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter: (claim 2) wherein the embedding hole portion is diagonally concave; (claim 3) wherein an inclined guide end surface is formed on the front edge of the hooking portion.
