1. The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .

2. The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on the 7th of May 2024 and 8th of September 2025 are in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statement is being considered by the examiner.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
3. The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b):
(b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
4. Claims 1-20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Independent Claims 1 and 17 recite the limitation ‘……performing, by the UE, time domain bundling based on first information after determining a transmission occasion set, and constructing the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook based on the result of the time domain bundling; and
constructing the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook based on the result of the time domain bundling; and constructing, by the UE, the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook based on second information and the last time domain resource assignment record in each row of a time domain resource assignment table……..’
There is/are insufficient antecedent basis for these underlined limitation(s) in the Independent Claims 1 and 17. Dependent Claims 2-10, 18 and 19 are also rejected based on their dependency on Independent Claims 1 and 17.
Independent Claims 11 and 20 recite the limitation ‘……wherein the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is constructed based on the result of the time domain bundling; or the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook is constructed based on second information and the last time domain resource assignment record in each row of a time domain resource assignment table…….’.
There is/are insufficient antecedent basis for these underlined limitation(s) in the Independent Claims 11 and 20. Dependent Claims 12-16 are also rejected based on their dependency on Independent Claims 11 and 20.
