Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Lee USPN 2018/0248526.
Consider claim 1, Lee discloses a radio frequency (RF) amplification circuit, comprising: an input terminal configured to receive an RF input signal (see fig. 5D: 511); an output terminal configured to provide an RF output signal (see fig. 5D: 519); an amplification path coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal and comprising an amplifier (see fig. 5D: 520); and a bypass path coupled in parallel with the amplification path between the input terminal and the output terminal (see fig. 5D: 530), and comprising: a first bypass switch (see fig. 5D: 535); a first node located between the input terminal and the first bypass switch (see fig. 5D); a second node located between the first node and the first bypass switch (see fig. 5D); a first wiring segment disposed between the first node and the second node (see fig. 5D); and a first variable capacitive structure disposed between the first node and the second node and comprising a first capacitive element and a first switching element (see fig. 5D: 545).

Allowable Subject Matter
Claim 20 is allowed.
Claims 2-19 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
