DETAILED ACTION
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Claim Objections
1. Claims 2-7 and 9 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
In particular, prior art of record fails to teach or reasonably suggest claim 2 and the claim comprises a unique combination of elements that are not taught or suggested by the art of record when considering the claims as a whole.
Claims 3-7 and claim 9 are dependent on claim 2.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
2. The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
3. Claims 1, 8, and 10 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Momcilovich et al., US 2022/0067968.
Regarding claim 1, Momcilovich teaches of an information processing device comprising a control unit that executes calibration processing of a plurality of cameras by using an image for calibration processing (See Fig.4, 102; [0074], [0110] control unit processor; [0032]-[0042], [0045], calibration of a plurality of cameras using captured images/videos) obtained by photographing a mobile body whose movable range is not limited with the plurality of cameras while moving the mobile body as a calibration jig (See [0032]-[0042], [0045], and [0095]-[0098] which discloses of the reference cameras capturing and visually detecting the reference point on the drone wherein the drone operates as the moving body/calibration jig and is not limited in range with the cameras since the drone can move to multiple locations).
Regarding claim 8, Momcilovich teaches the information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the mobile body is an unmanned aircraft (See [0027]-[0028] and [0095]-[0098] wherein the mobile body is a drone/unmanned aircraft).
Regarding claim 10, the claim has been analyzed and rejected for the same reasons set forth in the rejection of claim 1.
