Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
Claims 1-12 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Claim 1, line 17, “a segment of the group of loads” is confusing. Is “a segment” same as or one of “at least two segments” in line 3 of claim 1?
Claim 4, lines 2-3, “at least one segment of the group of loads” is confusing. Is “at least one segment” same as or one of “at least two segments” in line 3 of claim 1?
Claim 10, lines 2-3, “at least one transportation system segment”, is it same as or one of “at least two transportation system segments” in line 2 of claim 10?
Claim 11, line 2, “a transportation system segment”, is it same as or one of “at least two transportation system segments” in line 2 of claim 10?
Claim 11, lines 2-3, “at least one connection device”, is it same as or one of “at least two connection devices” in lines 8-9 of claim 1?
Claim 11, lines 6-7, “a second end of the conductor has a connector which differs from the connector of the first end” are confusing.
