The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph: The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention. 3. Claims 11-13 and 16 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b), as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention. In claims 11-12, the terms “V50” and “ PNG media_image1.png 32 52 media_image1.png Greyscale ” are indefinite. It is unclear what is meant by these terms. Clarification is requested. Claims 13 and 16 are rejected as being dependent on instant claim 12. Allowable Claims 4. Claims 1-10 are allowed. The prior art of record does not teach or suggest the recited ballistic-resistant molded article further including the monolayers A have an areal density of between 28 and 80 g/m² of the oriented polymer A and the monolayers B have having-an areal density of between 4 and 28 g/m² of the oriented polymer B, and wherein the areal density of the oriented polymer A in the monolayers A is at least 5 g/m² higher than the areal density of the oriented polymer B in the monolayers B. The prior art does not teach motivation or suggestion for modification to make the invention as instantly claimed. Conclusion 5.
