CTNF 18/566,330 CTNF 74919 Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status 07-03-aia AIA 15-10-aia The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA. Specification The abstract of the disclosure is objected to because “G 1 2” should correctly be “G P 2”. Note, none of the submitted drawings disclose “G12”. A corrected abstract of the disclosure is required and must be presented on a separate sheet, apart from any other text. See MPEP § 608.01(b). 07-29 AIA The disclosure is objected to because of the following informalities: “G 1 2” discloses in paras. [0029], [0034], [0035] and [0041] should correctly be “G P 2”. Note, none of the submitted drawings disclose “G12” . Appropriate correction is required. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 07-30-02 AIA The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b): (b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention. Claim 1 recites the limitation " the number of second harmonic wire s " in line 11. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Note, line 9 of the claim discloses “a second harmonic wire”. Claim 1 recites the limitation " the number of the fundamental wave wire s " in lines 11 and 12. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Note, line 7 of the claim discloses “a fundamental wave wire”. Allowable Subject Matter 07-43-01 AIA Claim s 1-5 and 8 would be allowable if rewritten or amended to overcome the rejection(s) under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA), 2nd paragraph, set forth in this Office action.
