Claim 1 recites the limitation " the number of second harmonic wire s " in line 11. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Note, line 7 of the claim discloses “a fundamental wave wire”.
