Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status.

Claim(s) 11 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Eidschun et al. (U.S. Patent 5,039,050; hereafter Eidschun).
Regarding claim 11, Eidschun discloses a vehicle camera bracket device, comprising: a fixed component, equipped with an installation position between a first end and a second end of the fixed component (see Eidschun Fig. 1A, items 16 and XII); a first suction component and a second suction component connected to the first end and second end of the fixed component, respectively (see Eidschun Fig. 1A, item 98); a carrying component connected to the installation position, the carrying component configured for mounting photographic equipment (see Eidschun Fig. 1A, items 10 and 24); and a supporting component (see Eidschun Fig. 1A, item 18), with a first end rotatably connected to the carrying component (see Eidschun Fig. 2, items 14 and 18. See also col. 13, ll. 40-48 “The angular relationship of the couplings G and J relative to one another may be adjusted by rotating or pivoting either coupling about the longitudinal axis of the adjustment bolt 150.”), and a second end rotatably connected to a third suction component (see Eidschun Fig. 1A, items 18, X, and 98. See also Fig. 5, items 98 and 70).
