(US 11,368,031, herein Qian).1 Regarding claims 1 and 4-5, Qian teaches a battery energy storage system, comprising: a bus connection portion, comprising a positive bus connection end and a negative bus connection end (column 69, lines 20-22: power bus 6702); a first battery pack, comprising a plurality of single batteries connected in series ,or a plurality of single batteries connected in parallel (column 67, lines 43-45: battery); an output capacitor, wherein the output capacitor is connected in series to the first battery pack, and the output capacitor and the first battery pack are electrically connected between the positive bus connection end and the negative bus connection end (column 67, lines 45-50: capacitor); a H-bridge circuit, wherein an output end of the H-bridge circuit is electrically connected to the output capacitor (column 82, lines 45-50: H-bridge); a filter inductor, wherein the filter inductor is electrically connected between the output end of the H-bridge circuit and the output capacitor (column 119, lines 50-55: inductors); a first isolated DC/DC conversion circuit, wherein an input end of the first isolated DC/DC conversion circuit is electrically connected to the first battery pack, and an output end of the first isolated DC/DC conversion circuit is electrically connected to an input end of the H-bridge circuit (columns 81-81, lines 59-67 & 1-8); and a first relay, wherein the first relay is electrically connected between the first battery pack and the input end of the first isolated DC/DC conversion circuit, and when the first isolated DC/DC conversion circuit has fault, the first relay is disconnected (column 70, lines 29-61).
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 2-3 and 6-10 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
