What are the first message for? To do what? What is a control plane data control? Please clarify
Claim(s) 1, 4, 5, 7, 16, and 19-26 is/are unclear to the examiner; what does it mean by stating “generating, by the RLC layer of the PCC, a second message based on the first message and sending the second message to a media access control (MAC) layer of the PCC, wherein a control plane bearer is only deployed on the PCC and the control plane data is sent by the core network only to the PDCP layer of the PCC and only sent from the PDCP layer of the PCC through the RLC layer of the PCC to the MAC layer of the PCC”? the claim languages are not exactly clear what is the second message based on the first message mean? How is the user plane data generated from the control plane data? What are the second message for? What is the user plane data do? Please clarify

How is the control plane data generated from the user plane data? What are the third message for? What is the control plane data do? Please clarify
