Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
(a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claims 1-3, 5 and 9-10 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Craven (US 7,438,513). In the embodiment shown in Figs. 25 and 26, Craven discloses an anti-slippage fastener (450) comprising: a threaded shank (Abstract); a fastener head (460); the head and shank include a central rotation axis; the head includes a recess formed with plurality of engagement walls (465) evenly distributed radially about the rotation axis; each of the walls include a first and a second co-linear traversal lines and an inwardly protruding interlocking portion (468); the head extends outward from the recess to define a tool receiving cavity (column 9, lines 15-18); the first and second traversal lines being connected to opposite sides of the interlocking portion; the interlocking portion facing inward towards the rotation axis; the head includes a first and second base which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the engagement walls with shank extending from the second base; an arbitrary wall and an adjacent wall have respective second and first traversal lines connected to one another; and the first traversal line is less than or greater than the second traversal line.

Conclusion
The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. Muenchinger (US 3,885,489), Brooks (US 6,988,432), Simmons (US 4,084,478) and Plumer (US 4,211,128) are all cited to teach fasteners with tool-receiving cavities with a protruding interlocking portions.
