Election/Restrictions
Applicant’s election without traverse of the invention corresponding to Group I and Species I in the reply filed on April 25, 2026 is acknowledged. Claims 12-20 are directed to the non-elected invention of Group I, and claim 10 is directed to the non-elected invention of Species I, and are withdrawn from consideration. Claims 1-9 and 11 are currently pending.

The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on December 6, 2024 is in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statement is being considered by the examiner.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claims 1, 2 and 11 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Park (KR 101360186 B1).
Park, in fig. 3a, discloses:
Claim 1: A frequency modulation antenna, comprising: a main antenna structure, comprising: a main substrate (P) having a plane; and a main loop radiator (200) disposed on the plane and having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is coupled to a feeding point (ground point connected to P); and a first extending antenna structure (100) vertically disposed on the plane and electrically connected to the second end.
Claim 2: The frequency modulation antenna according to claim 1, wherein the main antenna structure is a loop antenna, the main loop radiator is a hollow rectangle, and the first extending antenna structure is a helical antenna (fig. 3a).
Claim 11: The frequency modulation antenna according to claim 1, wherein the frequency modulation antenna is operated in an operational frequency range, and the operational frequency range is between 88 MHz and 108 MHz (pg. 10, para. 7).
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 3-9 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
