Regarding claims 1, 7, 10, 14, Li teaches a session control device comprising:
an identification unit configured to identify a specific UE where generation of downlink data is predicted prior to completion of control plane (CP) path generation (see paragraph: In the above solution, before the control plane transmission channel is established between the PGW and the MME, the method further includes: the MME instructing the UE and/or the PGW to use the control plane to carry the data transmission mode of the IP data to the UE); and
a control unit configured to generate specific information with regard to the specific UE, so as to avoid additional performing of specific signaling performed between a user plane (UP) and the CP for downlink data transmission, and configure the specific information for a network function (NF) of the UP ( 5209, if the UE and the application layer have no data interaction for a period of time, the UE enters an idle state; specifically, the system releases the wireless connection (RC connection resource) allocated to the UE, the base station, and the core network connection (see paragraph: 5209, for the E-UTRAN The control plane resource S1 -AP resource between the eNodeB and the MME, the user plane resource S1-U resource between the eNodeB and the SGW, and the MME mark the UE as an idle state, and the UE itself is also marked as an idle state).
Allowable Subject Matter
