DETAILED ACTION
Claims 1, 115-129, 133-144, 146-149 are pending in the instant application.
2. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
The following is a quotation of the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. 112:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claims 1, 115-129, 133-144, 146-149 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention.
Claims 1, 115-129, 133-144, 146-149 are rejected because the term “or a salt thereof; and/or an isotopologue thereof;” is confusing. Correction is required.
