Election/Restrictions
Claims 2, 6-9, 11-13, and 17-20 are withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to a nonelected species A, there being no allowable generic or linking claim. Election was made without traverse in the reply filed on 5/29/26. Examiner note: claim 11 depends upon withdrawn claim 2 and has also been withdrawn.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1, 3, 10, and 14 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102a1 as being anticipated by Li et al. (US 2017/0144687 A1).
With respect to claim 1, Li et al. discloses a stroller with folding auxiliary mechanism 15 for a first rod 111 relative to a second rod 112, wherein said stroller pivots between folded and unfolded state, said pivoting mechanism including an elastic member 174 for biasing the mechanism in either state, as shown in figure 9.

With respect to claim 3, said rods are coupled by a connection shaft 1721, as shown in figure 9.
With respect to claims 10 and 14, said auxiliary mechanism assists in the folding and unfolding of the stroller, as shown in figure 10.

Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 4, 5, 15, and 16 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
