Office Action

§112
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . DETAILED ACTION Priority The applicant’s priority to foreign application FI20216351 filed on December 27th, 2021 has been accepted. Information Disclosure Statement The Information Disclosure Statements filed on June 25th, 2024 and July 8th, 2024 have been considered by the examiner. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b): (b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention. Claims 11-12 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention. Claim 11 is rendered indefinite for reciting “the automatic latch”. There is no antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. This claim will be interpreted as if it read “the M latch counterparts.” Claim 12 is rejected by virtue of its dependency. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1-10 and 13-15 are allowable. Claims 11-12 would be allowable once the 35 U.S.C 112 rejections are overcome. Independent claim 1 is allowable for disclosing “the interlink comprising a fixing part connector for connecting with the interlink connector of the fixing part.” Independent claim 15 is allowable for disclosing “attaching an interlink by a fixing part connector to an interlink connector of the fixing part. The closest prior art of US-11992861 discloses A system for hanging processing device coupling to a mobile mineral material processing plant (Abstract) that comprises a mobile platform (100), the mobile platform comprising a main frame (102), the system comprising: a fixing part (linking element 107) comprising a lower coupling (via support structure 200; at end 104; coupling not labeled separately in Fig. 1) for mounting the fixing part to a respective lower coupling counterpart (Fig. 1) in the main frame; the fixing part further comprising an upper coupling (connection at pivot point 103) for mounting the fixing part to a respective upper counterpart of the main frame (Col. 6, L55-58); the fixing part further comprising an interlink connector (generally indicated by forward end 108 in Fig. 4b) closer to the upper coupling than to the lower coupling; a moving part (second linking mechanism 111) comprising N upper joints (generally indicated by aperture 402) and a lower joint (116); an interlink (rearward end 109) for connecting the moving part and the fixing part with an adjustable angle of the processing device (Col 6, L30-37). ’861 does not disclose the details of the interlink. There is no teaching or suggestion in the prior art that would render it obvious to a person with ordinary skill in the art before the effective filing date of the invention to have the interlink, fixing part connector and interlink connector in the configuration recited.
