Claim Objections
Claims 68-91 are objected to because of the following informalities:
(1) Regarding claim 68:
Line 4 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisioning request” as recited in line 3 of claim 1.
Line 8 recites “from the from the”; the examiner suggests changing to “from the”.
(2) Regarding claim 72:
Line 1 recites “where model provisioning request”; the examiner suggests changing to “where the model provisioning request” as the term was introduced in claim 68.
(3) Regarding claim 81:
Line 2 recites “a model provisional response”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional response” as recited in claim 68.
(4) Regarding claim 82:
Line 1 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional request” as recited in claim 68.
(5) Regarding claim 84:
Line 3 recites “retrieval of the model by the consumer”; the examiner suggests changing to “retrieval of the selected model by the consumer”.
(6) Regarding claim 88:
Line 5 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional request”.
(7) Regarding claim 89:
Line 4 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional request”.
(8) Regarding claim 90:
Line 6 recites “a producer network node”; the examiner suggests changing to “the producer network node” as recited on line 3.
Line 7 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional request”.
(9) Regarding claim 91:
Line 4 recites “the model request”; the examiner suggests changing to “the model provisional request”.
Appropriate correction is required.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b):
(b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claims 68-91 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
(1) Regarding claim 68:
Claim 68 recites the limitation "the model training" in line 6. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(2) Regarding claim 69:
Claim 69 recites the limitation "the trained model" in line 5. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(3) Regarding claim 74:
Claim 74 recites the limitation "the reliability indicator" in line 2. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(4) Regarding claim 75:
Claim 75 recites the limitation "the reliability indicator" in line 2. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(5) Regarding claim 87:
Claim 87 recites the limitation "the trained model" in line 5. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(6) Regarding claim 88:
Claim 88 recite “the consumer network node” in line 6. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(7) Regarding claim 89:
Claim 89 recite “the consumer network node” in line 6. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(8) Regarding claim 90:
Claim 90 recite “the consumer network node” in line 9. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
(9) Regarding claim 91:
Claim 91 recite “the consumer network node” in lines 1-2. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
