Applicant’s election without traverse of Group I (claims 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 26, and 27) in the reply filed on July 21, 2026 is acknowledged. Claims 9-13, 22, 25, and 28-33 are withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to a nonelected invention.
The Applicant has made an election of species in the present application of compound CBD3063. As the elected species has been found to be anticipated as described below, the search has been limited to the elected species. As claim 3 does not read on the elected species, claim 3 is withdrawn from further consideration under 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to a non-elected invention.

The claim to priority to 63/524,386 filed on June 30, 2023 is acknowledged in the present application file.
