35 USC 102 Rejection
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 14 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Range et al 5151038.
Range et al (front page) discloses a track 20. Note that the remainder of the claim recites structure of the track adapter but is not positively recited, and thus Range et al is deemed to disclose the positively recited track.
Claims Defining Over Prior Art
Claims 1-13 and 15 are allowed.
The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter: none of the prior art discloses or teaches a track adapter comprising a connection body, a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece movably connected to the connection body, and a power supply spring piece provided on the first clamping piece and/or the second clamping piece for electrical connection, and wherein: the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are disposed facing each other from opposite sides of the connection body, and the first clamping piece, the second clamping piece and the connection body enclose to form an accommodating space at least partially housing the track.
