AS to claim 17, Awoniyi discloses
A network entity, comprising: one or more memories storing processor-executable code; and one or more processors coupled with the one or more memories and individually or collectively operable to execute the code to cause the network entity to: receive a message that indicates recommendation information for one or more configured grants for a user equipment (UE) (Figs. 3a/b [“resource modification request 310-a/b”], 4a [“resource modification request 410a”], Fig. 2, paragraph 114 [“configured grant timer”], Fig. 5, step 520, paragraphs 75,111,114,126,129-133, 138-146, disclosing that the UE may send to the base station/network a “resource modification request” to “reset a configured grant timer”; further see Figs. 14-19, teaching similar teachings pertaining to resource modification [information] request);
generate configuration information for the one or more configured grants, wherein the one or more configured grants indicate periodic uplink resources for one or more respective configured grant periods, and wherein the periodic uplink resources include transmission occasions allocated for uplink transmissions (Figs. 3a/b [“resource modification request 310-a/b”], 4a [“resource modification request 410a”], Fig. 2, paragraph 114 [“configured grant timer”], Fig. 5, step 520, paragraphs 75,111,126,114,129-133, 138-146, disclosing that the UE may send to the base station/network a “resource modification request” to “reset a configured grant timer”; Figs. 4a/b/c, disclosing periodic UL resources configured that include transmission occasions allocate for UL transmissions, i.e., “configured grant”, which is configured by a BS, e.g., as in Fig. 2 and paragraph 105: “configured UL grant (e.g., a semi-persistent grant) from base station 105a, where the UL transmission occasions 205-a may have a first density”);
adjust, based at least in part on the recommendation information, at least one configured grant timer value of at least one respective configured grant timer, wherein the at least one respective configured grant timer is associated with at least one configured grant of the one or more configured grants; and transmit the configuration information for the one or more configured grants (Figs. 3a/b [“resource modification request 310-a/b”], 4a [“resource modification request 410a”], Fig. 2, paragraph 114 [“configured grant timer”], Fig. 5, step 520, paragraphs 75,111,114,126,129-133, 138-146, disclosing that the UE may send to the base station/network a “resource modification request” to “reset a configured grant timer”, wherein “the base station may reset the configured grant timer” in response; further see step 525 and 530, teaching “transmit the configuration information for the one or more configured grants”; further see Figs. 14-19, teaching similar teachings pertaining to resource modification [information] request).
As to claim 30, see rejection for claim 17.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 1-16,28-29 are allowed.
Claims 18-27 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
