Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . DETAILED ACTION Claims 1-5, 14, 17, 24, 29, 48-51, 54-57, 61, 62, 63, 66-72, 79,82, 89, 94, 107, 110, 121, 127, 128, 129, 132, 133, 135, 136 and 139 are currently pending in the instant application. Applicants have amended claims 4-5, 14, 17, 24, 29, 51, 54-57, 63, 70-72, 79, 82, 89, 94, 107, 110, 121, 129, 132-133, 135-136 and 139 and canceled claims 6-13, 15-16, 18-23, 25-28, 30-47, 52-53, 58-60, 64-65, 73-78, 80-81, 83-88, 90-93, 95-106, 108-109, 111-120, 122-126, 130-131, 134, 137-138 and 140-154 in an amendment filed on November 14, 2024. Claims 1, 4, 5, 14, 17, 24, 132, 133, 135, 136 and 139 are rejected, claims 29, 48, 51, 54-57, 61-63, 66-72, 79, 82, 89, 94, 107, 110, 121 and 127-129 are objected and claims 2, 3, 49 and 50 are considered allowable in this Office Action. I. Priority The instant application claims benefit of US Provisional Application 63/653,388, filed on May 30, 2024 and 63/516, 579, filed on July 31, 2023. II. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statements (IDS) submitted on March 27, 2025, December 5, 2025 and May 22, 2026 are in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statements have been considered by the examiner. III. Rejections Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless - (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1, 4, 5, 14, 17, 24, 132, 133, 135, 136 and 139 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Li, et al. (WO 2020/156363 A1). This species of compound anticipates the genus compound of the instant invention, wherein the genus structure and its definitions are stated above. Claims 1, 4, 5, 14, 17, 24, 132, 133, 135, 136 and 139 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Peng, et al. (WO 2021/013250 A1). This species of compound anticipates the genus compound of the instant invention, wherein the genus structure and its definitions are stated above. IV. Objections Dependent Claim Objections Dependent Claims 29, 48, 51, 54, -57, 61-63, 66-72, 79, 82, 89, 94, 107, 110, 121 and 127-129 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected based claim. To overcome this objection, Applicant should rewrite said claims in an independent form and include the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claim. V.
