The PAR number referenced corresponds to paragraph number beginning in the "Detailed Description" of the disclosure unless otherwise noted. The pending claims are 1-20. Priority Receipt is acknowledged of papers submitted under 35 U.S.C. 119(a)-(d), which papers have been placed of record in the file. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1-4, are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by US 2023/0299807 to Yang et al. With regard to claim 1, an electronic device protective cover, comprising: a protective cover body (100a, fig. 1); a support (21a, fig. 1) detachably connected to the protective cover body; and a connecting band (272a, 273a, fig. 2) connecting the protective cover body and the support. With regard to claim 2, wherein the support (21a) is mounted on the protective cover body (100a), and a first end of the connecting band and a second end of the connecting band overlap each other and enclose to form a ring structure (272a, 273a overlap each other to form connecting band that encloses pivotal end of ring, see figs. 2-4). With regard to claim 3, wherein a first magnetic assembly is disposed between the protective cover body and the support, and the support is detachably connected to the protective cover body through the first magnetic assembly (PAR 0065 discloses magnetic member 24a and fig. 5 shows 24a disposed between cover body 100a and support 21a). With regard to claim 4, wherein the first end of the connecting band (272a, fig. 2) is fixedly connected to the protective cover body (100a), the second end of the connecting band (273a, fig. 2) is fixedly connected to the support (21a), a second magnetic assembly and/or a buckle assembly (23a, 271a, fig. 2) is disposed between the first end of the connecting band and the second end of the connecting band, and the first end of the connecting band is connected or separated from the second end of the connecting band through the second magnetic assembly and/or the buckle assembly (fig. 2 show the two ends of the connecting band connected via the buckle assembly). Allowable Subject Matter Claims 5-20, are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but appear to be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. Refer to attachment (PTO-892) for notice of references cited and recommended for consideration based on their disclosure of limitations of the claimed invention.
