Office Action

§112
DETAILED ACTION Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. 112: The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention. Claims 1-12 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention. In claim 1, lines 16-17, the language, “second receive circuitry configured to receive, via the electrical connector during the calibration procedure, the calibration RF signal” is unclear. Claim Objections Claim 18 is objected to because of the following informalities: In claim 18, line 3, “antenna:” should change to – antenna;--. Appropriate correction is required. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 13-17 and 19-22 are allowed. Claim 18 is objected but would be allowable if overcome the above objection. Claims 1-12 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph, but would be allowable if overcome the above rejection. Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. The patents to Bar-Shalom, Green, Longman, Steinmetz and Needham are cited as of interested and illustrated a similar structure to a radio device.
