Regarding claim 1. Franz discloses a fluid heat dissipation flat tube structure (Figs. 2 and 7), comprising a flat tube structure body (108), L-type terminals (first L terminal following 704 and 706, second L terminal following 712 and 714) and extending double L-shaped solder terminals (double L terminal following 706 and 710 and 712), wherein each flat tube structure body is an integrally formed structure (the tube structure is integrally formed together to form flow channels).
Regarding claim 2. Franz discloses the fluid heat dissipation flat tube structure of claim 1, wherein said flat tube structure body is in welded (col. 6, ll. 12-13) connection with L-type terminals, said L-type terminals are welded to both ends of the flat tube structure body (end at 200 and end at 202).
Regarding claim 3. Franz discloses the fluid heat dissipation flat tube structure of claim 2, wherein welded joints of said flat tube structure body and L-type terminals adopt step positioning (Fig. 2 – step positioning of 108 in 110 and 112, fluid opening 304 is smaller than opening for 108).
Regarding claim 4. Franz discloses the fluid heat dissipation flat tube structure of claim 1, wherein said flat tube structure body is in welded (col. 6, ll. 12-13) connection with extending double L-shaped solder terminals (108 connected to 110).
