In a preliminary amendment filed March 18, 2025, Applicant cancelled claims 3-7, 11-15, 17-28, 30, 32-40, 42-44, and 54-56. Claims 1, 2, 8-10, 16, 29, 31, 41, 45-53, 57 and 58 are pending. Election/Restrictions Applicant’s election without traverse of the invention of Group I and the species of Compound No. 1011, in the reply filed on September 14, 2026, is acknowledged. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102(a)(1) The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
