Regarding claim 1, Velev discloses a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system (see abstract fig.2, element 202, paragraphs [0018], [0039], [0045] and its description), the method comprising: receiving, from a base station of a hosting network, broadcast system information for a localized service (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 306, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080] and its description); performing, a manual standalone non-public network (SNPN) selection based on the broadcast system information (see paragraphs [0007], [0029]) [0058], [0098]); transmitting, to the base station of the hosting network, a registration request message for the localized service from the hosting network (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 308, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080], [0090] and its description) and receiving, from the base station of the hosting network, a registration accept message in response to the registration request message (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 310, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080], [0090-0091] and its description).
Regarding claim 2, Velev further discloses wherein the broadcast system information includes a human-readable network name for a user of the UE per SNPN for the manual SNPN selection of the hosting network (see abstract, paragraphs [0007-0008], [0028-0029], [0048], [0058], [0086]).
Regarding claim 5, Velev discloses a method performed by a base station (BS) of a hosting network in a wireless communication system (see abstract, fig.2, element 102, fig,3, element (R)AN, paragraphs [0017], [0019], [0031-0032], [0054] and its description), the method comprising: transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), broadcast system information for a localized service, wherein the broadcast system information is associated with a manual standalone non- public network (SNPN) selection (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 306, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080] and its description); receiving, from the UE, a registration request message for a the localized service from the hosting network (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 308, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080], [0090] and its description); and transmitting, to the UE, a registration accept message in response to the registration request message (see abstract fig.2, element 202, fig.3, elements UE, (R)AN, step 310, paragraphs [0018-0019], [0039], [0045], [0054], [0057], [0080], [0090-0091] and its description).
Regarding claim 6, Velev further discloses wherein the broadcast system information includes a human-readable network name for a user of the UE per SNPN for the manual SNPN selection of the hosting network (see abstract, paragraphs [0007-0008], [0028-0029], [0048], [0058], [0086]).
Regarding claims 9-10 and 13-15 recite limitations substantially similar to claims 1-2 and 5-6. Therefore, these claims were rejected for similar reasons as stated above.
