Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Van Gelderen et al (20110163519. The reference to Van Gelderen et al (see annotated fig 1 below) teaches structure as claimed including a carrier (100) comprising: a carrying portion comprising a bottom portion , a carrying space being formed on the bottom portion; and a bracket device comprising: a first bracket combined to the carrying portion and disposed around a periphery of the carrying portion; and a second bracket connected to the first bracket and combined to the carrying portion, wherein the second bracket extends from one side of the periphery of the carrying portion to the other side of the periphery of the carrying portion through the bottom portion of the carrying portion; and a third bracket located at a side of the bottom portion of the carrying portion, for fixing the carrier to a carrying apparatus, wherein the third bracket has an annular structural element.

Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 2-20 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
Conclusion
The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. The references cited teach structure similar to applicant’s including carrier structure with connection structures.
