DETAILED ACTION
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Claims 1-27 have been examined and are rejected.
Information Disclosure Statement
The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on 08/01/2025, and 09/11/2024 is in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statement is being considered by the examiner.
Priority
Examiner acknowledges Applicant’s claim to priority benefits of Chinese Patent application No. 202210355862.0 filed on April 6, 2022.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 101
35 U.S.C. 101 reads as follows:
Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title.
Claim(s) 1-27 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the claimed invention is directed to non-statutory subject matter.
Claim(s) 1-27 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the claimed invention is directed to math without significantly more. Claim 1 is representative. The claim(s) recite(s) “…calculating a feature of the target subband according to the first frequency domain data, wherein the feature comprises at least one of a space domain energy feature and a space domain angle fluctuation feature; and inputting the feature into a trained spectrum sensing model to obtain a spectrum sensing result for the target subband” which calls for mathematical action. The trained spectrum sensing model is just a model that has calculated weights based on its training.
The claim(s) does/do not include additional elements that are sufficient to amount to significantly more than the judicial exception because the additional features of electronic device, processor and memory are conventional computer hardware that is not significantly more, and the additional feature of using the interface to transmit the key is insignificant post-solution activity that is the conventional use of a communication interface to communicate data. All Dependent Claims not specifically mentioned are rejected by virtue of dependency and because they do not obviate the above-recited deficiencies.
