Information Disclosure Statement (IDS) The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on 11 September 2024 is being considered by the examiner. Claims 1-15, 22-24, 26 and 33 are pending. Figures 1 and 2 of the application illustrate the claimed invention. Claims 1, 14, 26 and 33 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention. Claim 1, line 2 recited the limitation “X1 first AI models”. it is not clear what is meant by “X1”. Claim 1, line 8 recited the limitation “X2 second AI models”. It is not clear what is meant by “X2”. Claim 14, line 2 recited the limitation “X2 second AI models”. It is not clear what is meant by “X2”. Claim 26, line 2, page 7 recited the limitation “X1 first AI models”. It is not clear what is meant by “X1”. Claim 26, line 5, page 7 recited the limitation “X2 second AI models”. It is not clear what is meant by “X2”. Claim 33, line 2 recited the limitation “X2 second AI models”. It is not clear what is meant by “X2”. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1-15, 22-24, 26 and 33 would be allowable if rewritten or amended to overcome the rejection(s) under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), 2nd paragraph, set forth in this Office action. The prior art made of record: Kumar et al. (US 2023/0093963 A1) discloses terminal and method that support AI model-based where the terminal receives AI Model Configuration information and determining AI Model. (US 2023/0283340 A1) discloses a terminal and a method for an artificial intelligence based framework for performing channel state information reporting, where the terminal determines an artificial intelligence model to use to perform channel state information reporting. The method include: receiving, first configuration information on a protocol layer responsible for artificial intelligence (AI) management in access stratum, from a network side; receiving, indication information on a set of AI operations from the network side; and transmitting, feedback on at least one of the set of AU operations to the network side.
